This meditation CD has been born out of a deep longing to live by my own Light.

Through these guided meditations Linda helps the seeker to awaken to higher levels of consciousness. By going within and connecting with Divine Energy the seeker will realize the power of meditation to improve physical and emotional well-being.

All the answers we search for are contained within and all we need do is find that Source. Our purpose at this moment in time is to transmute our fear which stops us from reaching our fullest potential. It is our fear based judgements and perceptions about ourselves that prevents us from reaching Divine energy and being the Light and powerful beings we truly are.

We can choose to be victims or we can take responsibility to awaken ourselves from the deep sleep that some of us find ourselves in. The time is upon us all now to wake up, to change the old limiting patterns of behaviour that have kept us stuck for so long and to experience the Light in everyone and everything.

These guided meditations will help you transcend the imprisonment of your limiting beliefs and programming so that within time you may begin to realize that you can see beyond your unsatisfied longings into another reality, another dimension. When you are able to see the Light, when you are to release and let go of what you thought was real, you will realize that you too can become the Light.
